Sound Anchor ADJ-27 STANDS are designed to make proper placement of your Barefoot MM27 monitors possible. These stands will make your MM27s work better in your studio. The entire sound field will have more clarity, tones will be more accurate, dynamic contrasts will be greater and subtle anomalies in the mix will become more apparent.
The base of the Sound Anchor ADJ-27 stand is shared with the ADJ2 and it is 17"wide X 23"deep. The uprights are 56" tall. The common solutions for speaker support (shelves, flimsy wall mounts and meter bridges) do not work with the MM27 speakers. Besides not supporting the speakers the way that they were designed to, they do not isolate the MM27s from the electronics, the other monitors or the structure along with these three drawbacks they seldom position your monitors exactly where they need to be for best sound. Sound Anchor stands address and eliminate these four drawbacks.
The Sound Anchors MM27 stands allow the engineer to correctly place a pair of monitors behind his console in either the vertical or horizontal position. These stands allow height and tilt adjustment of the monitors. The base and the upright are filled and damped at the factory. MM27 stands offer a very solid, stable and non-resonant support for your speakers. The speaker support is made of 1/8" wall steel tube, 1/2" steel bar" and 3/8" steel bar. The Sound Anchor ADJ-27 stands isolate the speakers from the console, each other and the floor which gives you a cleaner, more detailed and more accurate sound.
