HTS provides on-site support and training to our clients in Los Angeles county. MAC/PC, Devices, and Electronics.

On-Site Service Rates

First hour including travel: $80.
After first hour: $35hr or $8.75per quarter hour.
Minimum: 1 hour. ($80)

Virus & Malware Removal

We perform a thorough malware/virus removal on your infected computer and evaluate any potential system vulnerabilities and advise you accordingly.

Service Rate

On-site 
First hour including travel: $80.
After first hour: $35hr or $8.75per quarter hour.
Minimum: 1 hour. 

Computer Tune-Ups

Your computer requires preventative maintenance. Our computer tune-up service will get your system running as fast and efficiently as possible. We can then make relevant suggestions, based on what we find, to help keep your system running smoothly. This service can be done both on-site or remotely.

After first hour: $35hr or $8.75per quarter hour.
Minimum: 1 hour. ($80)

Remote: $40hr Minimum: 1 hour.

Training & Guidance

Do you need a question answered? Not sure how to do something on your device? We can help you with learning new software or even tell you if an email that you received is legitimate. We have saved many of our clients from falling prey to scams.
