We will perform a thorough malware/virus removal on your computer and evaluate any potential system vulnerabilities.

Computer Tune-Ups

Computers require preventative maintenance. Our computer tune-up service will get your system running as fast and efficiently as possible. We will can make relevant suggestions, based on what we find, to keep your system running smoothly. This service can be done both on-site or remotely.

Training & Guidance

Not sure how to do something on your new device or software? We know that learning something new can sometimes be overwhelming. Beginners to advanced users welcome. Seniors who expected flying cars, moving sidewalks, and robot maids ended up getting the dark web, phishing, special characters, captcha, fraudulent fraud alerts, reply all, SPAM, and viruses. “Honey, how come you never call?” has been replaced by “WHERE’S MY DOWNLOAD?!” as the most common interaction between adults and their parents. Resist the urge to yank the Ethernet cables from mom & dad’s house. Seniors who use technology have higher self esteem and greater social interaction than those who don’t use technology (and how else would they know about that horrible thing that happened to those horrible people who used to live down the street in that horrible house?) We adore your mom’s casserole and love hearing about your dad’s fight with the neighbor who uses that damn leaf blower to send debris flying over the back fence into his yard. Let us help them with their computers, phones, email and whatever else sends your eyes rolling to the back of your head. Why use a tutorial when we can provide training in a calm, supportive setting, at his or her own pace.

PC/MAC/Electronics Repair Services

As a scheduled monthly service, we can pickup items that need repair while returning your previously repaired items. Pickup and deliveries are free. You will receive a quote for approval before we begin repairing your item. If you decide not to approve the repair, we will return the item to your location on our next monthly visit for free.
